Reordo is a Shopify app that sends reorder reminder emails to your customers. By installing Reordo on your Shopify store, you agree to these terms.
You confirm that the customer email addresses Reordo accesses through your Shopify store have given valid marketing consent under applicable law (CAN-SPAM in the US, GDPR in the EU, CASL in Canada, etc.). Reordo additionally checks the Shopify marketing-consent flag before every send, but you are the data controller.
You are responsible for the content of email templates you customize. We provide sensible defaults, but final text is yours.
Free tier: up to 5 consumable products and 100 reminders per month. Pro tier: $14.99/month for unlimited products and reminders. Billing is handled through Shopify Billing API. You can change or cancel your plan from inside the app.
We reserve the right to throttle or suspend sending if usage patterns suggest spam, list misuse, or unusually high bounce/complaint rates. We will email you before taking action where possible.
Reordo is provided "as is" without warranty of uptime or fitness for a particular purpose. We aim for high availability but do not offer a contractual SLA on the free tier.
Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid to Reordo in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for lost revenue, lost data, or indirect damages.
You may uninstall Reordo at any time from your Shopify admin. We may terminate access for breach of these terms. On termination, your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated via the app or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
